Amazing experience! Our guide  Jose was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe while making the whole experience fun and memorable. Joy Tours has been so great to work with for the last few years.  The communication was astounding.  He helped facilitate an additional boat for our large group.
